Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after delivery. Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. Please note that the delivery charge for the original shipment is non-refundable and will be borne by you in the case of order cancellation.
