Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Posh Vibes reserves the right to cancel an order even if payment has been received. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient stock or if the quality of the goods does not meet our standards. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges

Once you receive your product, you have 7 days to evaluate it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to find a solution. Products can be exchanged only once for items of the same or higher value.

Refunds:

• If you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund for the product once it has been returned to our warehouse and passed a quality check.

• Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• The product must be unused and in its original, clean, hygienic, and unstained condition.

• All tags and labels must be intact.

Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 3-4 business days. If reverse pickup service is unavailable for your pin code, please send the package to the following address:

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank details for the refund. The refund amount will only cover the product price and not the shipping costs. Refunds are issued only after the product is received at our warehouse and has passed quality checks.

Posh Vibes strives to offer high-quality products. However, natural textiles may vary in colour, and actual product colours may differ from images due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see online will match the actual colour of the product.
